1. Seller
Polish Bhasa (polishbhasa.pl) is a brand of UNIVERSAL EMPIRE sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. Contact: hello@polishbhasa.pl.
2. What we offer
- An online Polish course for Nepali speakers: lessons with audio, Nepali pronunciation, games, tests and a certificate.
- Lessons 1–3 are free for everyone.
- Full A1 access (all A1 lessons, the course PDF, A1 Extra lessons and the final exam with certificate) costs 49.99 PLN, paid once. Prices are final prices in Polish złoty.
- A2 and B1 courses are not included and will be offered separately.
3. Account and access
To save progress and use paid lessons you need a free account (name and email). Full access is personal — please do not share your account. Access is given after we confirm your payment, within 24 hours.
4. Payment
You can pay by BLIK or bank transfer as described on the Unlock page. After paying, upload your payment confirmation so we can unlock your account.
5. Approval and access
The course is digital content delivered online. After you send your payment proof, we check it and unlock the full course within 24 hours. You can try lessons 1–3 for free before buying. If your payment cannot be approved, we contact you by email.
6. Complaints
If something does not work or you are not satisfied, write to hello@polishbhasa.pl and describe the problem. We reply within 14 days.
7. Technical requirements
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser (phone, tablet or computer). Audio needs speakers or headphones.
8. Personal data
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer under Polish and EU law. We may update these terms; changes do not affect purchases made earlier.
